In the following terms & conditions "the videographer" meaning Wesley Jeggo trading as WKJ Wedding Productions.
"The client(s)" would be those persons defined as bride and groom on the booking form. "The goods/services" shell be the

collective term for the attendance and filming of the wedding event and the creation of an editied blu-ray/ dvd/ or usb". These

terms & conditions cannot be varied in any way by the client(s) unless such conditions are agreed by the videographer in writing.


1. Rights:
The client(s) hereby allow(s) the videographer to display any video covered by this contract and to generally promote the business

in advertising, brochures, website, sample albums etc.


2. Licence, Coverage and Reproduction:
The property and any copyright or other intellectual property right in all material producted by WKJ Wedding Productions in performance of the goods/services belong to  WKJ Wedding Productions, but the client(s) shell be entitled to use the material supplied under this contract soley for personal use, subject to payment in full of all sums payable under this contract. It is the sole responsibility of the client(s) to secure permission of the venue (examples include, but are not limited to churches, synagogues, concert halls, courtrooms, ect.) to setup video equiptment and record video with or without flash. Deposits and monies paid are non-refundable if facilitys prohibits WKJ Wedding Productions ability to record video. The client(s) acknowledges that all material supplied by WKJ Wedding Productions must not be reproduced or distributed by the client(s) to any third party, without WKJ Wedding Productions express written consent and on such terms as WKJ Wedding Productions shell in its absolute discretion determine. Videos during the course of the event will be a the discretion of the videographer although every effort will be made to comply with the client(s) requirements. No responsibility will be taken by the videographer for leaving individuals out of the goods/service. For a booking involving a church ceremony, or at certain venues, the videographers movements are sometimes restricted by the official in charge. The area from which the videographer is able to cover the ceremony may not be the videographers choice and the videographer cannot accept responsibility for any obstructed view should this be the case. Due to a variety of lighting conditions and the limitations of digital sensors, some colours may alter throughtout a sequesnce of videos. Although all equiptment is checked regularly and reasonable steps are taken to ensure backup equipment is availible, the videographer will not be responsible for videos that are not produced due to technical failure.

3. Prices:
All Wedding packages and additional goods/services specifued on the booking form are supplied at the prices ruling on the date of booking. Goods not specified on the booking form are supplied at the prices ruling at the time of recipt of the order.

4. Payments:
When the booking is made a deposit of £50.00 is required to secure the booking date. Minimum time before the wedding for booking should be no less than 4 weeks. The remaining sum of the for the amount will need to be paid no less than 2 weeks before the date

of the wedding.

5. Attendance:
In the event the videographer is unable to attent the wedding due to any cause beyond their reasonable control e.g. Sudden illness,
injury, victim of crime, flooding ect. The videographer will endevour to put the clients in touch with another videographer or if possible appoint another videographer to attend your wedding and undertake the wedding filming to our specifications to the best of their ability, In the event of cancellation by the videographer, or inthe very unlikly event of total video failure, liability shall be limited to
a Full refund of any fees paid.

6. Ownership:
All raw footage (computer files) remain the property of the videographer. WKJ Wedding Productions will not be soley responsible for the storage and maintanance of raw footage/digital files, but will keep the raw footage/ digital files intact and available to the client(s) for at least 1 year from the date of the wedding.

7. Cancellation Fees:
If the client(s) should have to cancel a booking the following cancellation fees will become due immediately upon said cancellation:
Cancellation from the booking date to more than 3 months to go will only cost the non refunable deposit. less than 3 months, but more than a month (4 weeks) before the wedding date will require 50% of the total sum to be paid. Less than 1 month (4 weeks),

90% of the total amount would be required. The client(s) are hereby advised to take out an appropriate insurance policy to cover any expenses incurred in the event of a cancellation. If the videographer is able to re-book the date with an equivlent booking, the cancellation fee would be reduced to 25% of the total sum.

8. On the Day & Evening:
The videographer is the only authorised and official videographer for your wedding day. When the first dance is included in your wedding package, the latest the videographer will work to on the wedding day is 1 hour after the client(s) stated time of first dance

on the booking form (unless package depicts otherwise). WKJ Wedding Productions will abide by the rules of the facility and/or directions of staff (if applicable) and/or facility coordinator(s) in regards to camera set-up and will not be held responsible for

absence of certain shots due to such rules and/or directions, or due to interference by wedding guests or vendors, including

the photographer. Client(s) acknowledges that videographey requires reasonable lighting and that production may be

compromised due to low or poor light levels.

9. Personal Accident:
Any directions issues to client(s), their guests of employees during a video shoot are deemed to be at said persons own risk.

The videographer cannot be held responsible for any personal accidents during a video shoot.

10. Editing & Post Production:
All editing and post production will be carried out to the videographer's discretion and using the videographer's style, but the videographer will do his upmost to forfuil any requests or requirements the client(s) have at the booking stage.

11. Complaints and Limitation of Liability
Any claim by the client(s) that is based on any defect in the quality of the goods/service shall be notified to WKJ Wedding Productions within 21 days of the recipt of the blu-ray/ dvd or usb. If the client(s) do not notify WKJ Wedding Productions accordingly, the client(s) shell not be entitled to reject the goods/services and WKJ Wedding Productions shell have no

liability for such defect, and the clients shell be bound to pay the price as if the service had been compleated in accordance

with the contract. In the event that client(s) are not happy and the complaint is agreed by the videographer to be genuine,

WKJ Wedding Productions shell be liable to no more than the cost of the service/ goods provided. WKJ Wedding Productions

shell have no liabilty to the client(s) for any loss damage, costs, expenses or other claim for compensation arising.

Subject as expressly provided in these terms and conditions, and except where the goods/services are supplied to a person dealing as a customer (within the meaning of the unfar contract terms act 1977), all warranties, conditions or other terms implied by statute

or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the entire liability of WKJ Wedding Productions under this contract shell not exceed the amount stated in the quotation for the provision of the goods/services. WKJ Wedding Productions

shell not be held liable to the client(s) in any manner or deemed to be in breach of this contract because of delay in performing

or any failure to perform any of WKJ Wedding Productions obilgations under this contract, if the delay or failure was due to any

cause beyond WKJ Wedding Productions reasonable control including (but not limited to) the corruption, delay or non-delivery

of any data produced as a result of the goods/services and delivered to the client(s) by electronic communication.

12. General:
Failure by WKJ Wedding Productions to enforce ot partially enforce any provisions of this contract will not be construed to the waiver of any of its rights under this contract. WKJ Wedding Productions may assign license or sub-contract all or any part of its rights or obligations under this contract without the client(s) consent. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by any compatent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these terms and conditions and

the remainder of these provisions in question shell not be affected. The formation, construction, performance, validity and all

aspects of this contract are governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts,
