After everythings booked and ready to go.... this is how my time is used..

(An example with a standard wedding Arrivals>> 1st dance)

I attend the rehearsal so I know what Im heading into (2hours)

Attending/ Filming on Wedding day (10 hours) (4 - 15 depending on coverage)

Editing (Approx 18 hours) - for an avarage wedding

- Loading all the Footage onto Computer (around 60 - 150gb)

- Going manully through footage and placing it in editor

- editing audio on Audition - eq/ levels (speeches/ vows)

- Syncing up Audio

- Editing it all together in a way that makes senceRendering (8 - 12 hours) (Usually x2 - Overnight)

- Compiling it to USB (1 or 2 hours) (around 30 hours worked + 20 rendering in backround)

- Total on project = 50 hours

How much notice do you need

At least 4 weeks or more would be good. I have to make sure I'm free on the date you would like to book, and check Im not already booked for those dates.

I would like to book you for my wedding, whats the process..

Ok, firstly you would contact me, letting me know when your getting married.

I will then check to see if I am availible for that date..

We then arrange to meet so I can go thought things in more detail.

Awnser any questions you may have.... Show you some of my work to see

if your happy with what I can produce.

All being good, I will get details of the Wedding/ Venue, Times...

Names of Bridesmaids.. correct spellings ect...

I will show you the contract, which outlines what I will be doing, t&cs,

cancelation policy / Where the event is ect.... It is basically there for both

your and my protection, (its a stanard thing with these types of things)

I then take a deposit of £50, we sign the contracts and have a copy each. Full amount to be paid at least 2 weeks before wedding date.

Whats Generally involved (time and work from your end)

What areas do you cover?

I am based in Colchester.. but can also travel out to surrounding towns. Clacton, Ipswich, Braintree, Chelmsford..

If your outside of this, still inquire as its not set in stone... (as long as its not hours away something could be arranged)

How long will we wait for our Wedding Video

In reality this depends on how much works involved and the package choose,

A safe number is no more than 4 weeks..

Probably can do it in far less, but this ensures I dont rush it. It also gives me ample time incase of any delays..
